If you don't know your password, you only need to reset on ONE brand.
If you reset it after logging into other brands, it will log you out of the ones you are already signed into
Password Reset Instructions:
1. Click "I forgot my password" under the "Log in" button
2. Enter your user email address and click "Get password"
3. Check your gmail for an email from 1300 FLOWERS with the subject "Reset Password"
4. Click the link in the email
5. Enter your user email address and your new password
6. Go back to http://www.1300flowers.com.au/admin/ and try logging in
If you are still having trouble, common issues are...
1) Resetting the password on multiple brands. This will log you out of brands you've previously logged into.
2) If you aren't receiving the security code in your email, check spam and try searching for an email with "1300 FLOWERS Security Code"
3) Ensure you type the password on the screen where you enter the security code in. Google autocomplete sometimes overwrites the password field and removes what you had previously typed.
After you've logged in successfully, we suggest updating the password in your password manager, so autocomplete works for next time
